Kicad Jumper Wire
A really cool feature of the atmega chips used by the arduino platform is that they have these resistors already built into them! The dedicated gpio's are usable as inputs or outputs.
The fishing wire has just enough give to allow the jumper wires to be jammed in, holding them steady and in good contact, while still allowing them to be easily removed.

Insert either jumper wire or the legs clipped from the resistors bent into a u, into both of the the white pairs of holes on either side of where the 3.5mm connections will go and solder in place. Just solder in a jumper wire and you should be off to the races.

Notice that the red jumper wire has changed to yellow. The sda trace is too close (overlapping actually) to the gnd pad on the 0.1uf cap. Here are a few of our design goals:
